Zachary Scalzitti was born on the south side of Chicago and is very proud of his Illinois roots. From a very young age, Zack always loved helping people smile and escape their everyday problems. He would make silly little videos of skits he wrote, perform talent shows for his family they 100% enjoyed watching, and film himself re-enacting scenes from his favorite films such as Ferris Bueller's Day Off and The Blues Brothers.

It wasn't until he saw his uncle perform on a stage in a beautiful theatre that he knew he may have found his platform. Zack decided to give theatre a try in the 6th grade and instantly fell in love with it. He continued performing and honing his skills in high school and without question knew he wanted to study it in college and pursue it as a career. Through his studies at the University of Evansville, his love for the arts, and his passion for film he discovered his gift would be best utilized on the big screen. He believes both the cinema and theatre to be the only places one can sit and truly live in the moment.

When he isn't watching movies, Zack enjoys exploring the outdoors, working out, writing, spending time with his beloved friends & family, and attending Chicago White Sox baseball games. He still believes they're 2025 World Series bound, how optimistic!
